We appreciate you choosing VALLUGI. Orders are shipped to destinations across the globe, and we take care to get yours to you both promptly and securely.

Order processing 
We aim to get your order ready within 1 – 2 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays. As soon as it leaves our facility, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be on its way to you. Keep in mind that high-demand periods such as sales events or holiday seasons can add a little extra time to processing.

Estimated delivery 
On average, you can expect your order to arrive within:

• Europe: 5 – 10 business days

• Outside Europe: 8 – 12 business days

These windows are approximate and can shift depending on the carrier handling your shipment.

Shipping fees 
Your shipping charge is worked out automatically at checkout, factoring in both the weight of your order and your delivery address. Orders that reach a certain value may qualify for free shipping, which will be shown to you during checkout.

Carriers & tracking 
Deliveries are handled by trusted partners including PostNL, DHL, and UPS. Once your parcel is on its way, we'll send you a link to follow its progress.

Customs & import charges 
Shipments heading outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes. Any such charges fall to the customer and are not built into our listed prices. Please also note that VALLUGI cannot be held accountable for delays that occur during customs processing.

Missing or delayed parcels 
If your package is running late or seems to have gone missing, reach out to us at info@vallugi.com. We'll do our best to track it down or open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Address errors 
Be sure to double-check your delivery details before placing your order, as the address can no longer be modified once the item has shipped.
